Our CBD is isolated by using gentle CO2 extraction. This is considered to be the preferred method because it allows to gently extract all major cannabinoids from hemp plants and preserve fragile terpenes and flavonoids and it leaves no premises of solvents in the final product. Afterwards, all our CBD products are tested by independent laboratories to ensure their pureness, quality and CBD concentration. You can find individual product certificates linked in the descriptions. Find out more on our page dedicated to quality.
Yes, all of our CBD oils have certificates that can be found in our product descriptions.
Only buy CBD oil from trusted and GMP qualified suppliers using organic hemp as a raw material for CBD oil extraction
Only buy CBD with COAs (Certificate of Analysis)
Only buy CBD products from trustworthy (online) shops

All of our high-quality products are lab-tested and made from 100% organic raw materials. The concentration of CBD is what makes the difference. Oils with a higher milligram share of CBD are more effective than those with a small amount of CBD. We strongly advise using a CBD full spectrum oil to benefit from the so-called "entourage effect" and because there is no wrong way of dosing it.

EFFECTS OF CBD
CBD oil is not a panacea for everyone, but rather works as a natural supplement that can affect your health and general well-being in a positive way. Still, our customers are raving about the many advantages of our CBD oils and have integrated them already into their daily routines. If you don’t notice any relevant changes, you can increase the dosage or try out another oil with a higher amount of CBD.
Since our CBD oils are sold as cosmetics, we are not allowed to make medical statements. However, many of our customers are using the positive benefits of CBD oil for various symptoms. If you are unsure, we suggest consulting a doctor or pharmacist before buying our products.
There are various application areas of CBD oil, but it does not work the same for everyone. We suggest trying out different formulas and experiment with the dosage to observe your body’s unique reaction to our products.
Depending on the dose and your health condition, CBD oils work differently for everyone. Most people who use CBD say they can feel the relaxing effects within 20 minutes and some people can even feel it within a few minutes. If you are using CBD for serious health problems, it might take longer for you to notice the effect. For best results, we recommend starting off with a 30-day CBD therapy.
No, CBD will not get you "high". Our CBD oils are non-intoxicating and contain less than 0.2% of psychoactive ingredients.
At this point, there are not enough studies available concerning the interaction of CBD with other medications. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist for more information.
Most research has concluded that CBD is perfectly safe with no known serious side effects, though some users have reported drowsiness, lightheadedness, low blood pressure, and dry mouth.
You can find the instructions of use labeled on all of our CBD products.
USAGE AND DOSAGE
The dosage is different for everyone, depending on your individual needs, symptoms and weight. For novices we recommend starting with 5% CBD oil and using 4 to 6 drops in the morning and 4 to 6 drops in the evening. In general it is smart to start with a low dose that can be increased slowly. You can do it either by increasing the number of CBD oil drops you consume or by increasing CBD oil concentration, e.g. instead of 5% oil select 10% oil.
Although you cannot overdose with CBD consumption the general range of CBD you can consume safely is 10-300 mg a day depending on your weight and desired effect.

The most effective way is to dribble the CBD oil underneath your tongue. This way the CBD will be absorbed quickly through the oral mucosa. Avoid swallowing your CBD oil instantly, because it will take much longer to get through your blood circulation. To guarantee a more precise dose, put the CBD oil on a spoon first.
Our CBD oils are 100% natural and can be used for a long period of time. It is very easy for the human body to process CBD and there are no serious side effects. Many people use CBD throughout their adult life without any problems.
CBD can be used to prevent age-related health problems early. It can also work as an effective way to reduce other medications. As a positive psychological side effect, the use of CBD oils can also make you more conscious about a healthy and natural lifestyle.
If you store your CBD oils in a dark and cool place, they will last for at least one year. Please note that extreme cold can reduce the viscosity of the CBD oil. Therefore you should ideally use it at room temperature. CBD oil is sensitive to light and air, which is why you should always close it immediately after use.
CBD can be absorbed through the airways. This is why especially young people prefer products like CBD oil vape cartridges where CBD is evaporated and inhaled. The active ingredients get into the blood circulation through the airways and lungs.
CBD can be inhaled by using a vape pen in combination with CBD oil cartridges. These oil cartridges are available in 5 different flavors and 3 different strengths: 20%, 40% and 60%. Usually you will notice an effect after 1 to 3 minutes already but the intensity will fade away after 1 to 3 hours.

PRECAUTIONS
In general, it is not advised for pregnant and breastfeeding women to consume CBD products. At this point there are almost no studies about the effects of CBD on pregnancy.
Yes, you have to be at least 18 years old to consume CBD products. By ordering in our online shop, you confirm that you have reached the legal age.
Yes, you are capable of driving because there are no psychoactive ingredients in our CBD products. A high-quality CBD product with minimal THC (<0.2%) is very unlikely to show up on a drug test. However, low quality CBD products may contain more traces of THC than they claim, in which case it is possible for a screening to pick up on the drug. If you are consuming a higher daily dose of CBD than recommended, we advise you to use an isolated oil that is free from THC to exclude the risk of losing your driver’s licence.
DEFINITIONS
CBD (cannabidiol) is one of over 104 active chemical compounds (or ‘cannabinoids’) in the cannabis plant. It’s the second-most well-researched cannabinoid, behind THC. CBD is extracted from the stems and leaves of the plant. Our products are made from industrial hemp that is grown following the regulations of the EU.
CBD oil is a liquid cannabis extract that contains a high concentration of pure CBD. It’s commonly made from seeds of the hemp plant (CBD hemp oil) and the extracted CBD from the leaves and flowers of industrial hemp. It contains the legal percentage of THC (<0.2%).
A CBD isolate is pure CBD that can be extracted from the hemp plant or produced synthetically in laboratories. Therefore it contains more CBD than a CBD full spectrum oil and no additive cannabinoids or other plant substances.
A full spectrum CBD oil contains all important components of the hemp plant: cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids like CBD und CBDa, CBN, CBG, CBC and many more. Therefore you can benefit from the so-called "entourage effect" which declares that all active ingredients of the hemp plant interact with each other and intensify the effect. According to latest studies, the bioavailability of full spectrum CBD oils is twice as high as the one in pure CBD isolates. A full spectrum oil also contains small traces of THC (<0.2%).
Hemp oil and hemp extract both are derived from the same plant. However, Hemp oil refers to hemp seed oil which means the oil pressed from raw hemp seeds that can provide benefits for skin but does not include all of the same plant compounds (such as CBD). Hemp extract comes from the flowers, leaves, stems, and stalks of the mature plant. Our full-spectrum CBD oils contain pure hemp extract with a range of phytocannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids that are found naturally in hemp.
The complex and work-intensive manufacturing process of CBD products justifies the price. Here you can find some facts about our production:
The percentage shows you the amount of CBD in your product. For example, an oil with "10 ml" and "10%" contains 1000 mg of CBD.
Every CBD oil needs a carrier oil as a base. Those are vegetable oils that are used to dilute essential oils and absolutes and "carry" them to your skin. This is necessary because essential oils are potent and can cause irritation when applied directly to your skin. The most frequently used oils are:
Hempseed oil
Olive oil
MCT coconut oil
Phenols are aromatic compounds of the (hemp) plant. They are a form of reactive, acidic, molecules where a hydroxyl group attaches to hydrocarbon, and some are potent antioxidants. They are being used in full spectrum CBD oils along with other hemp plant components such as terpenes and flavonoids.
Hemp seed oil is a natural product made of cold-pressed hemp seeds. Hemp seed oil contains a lot of essential fatty acids such as Omega-3-6-9 and gamma-Linolenic acid (GLA). Therefore, hemp seed oil can not only be used for cosmetics but also for cooking.
More healthy ingredients include:
Terpenes are a large class of organic compounds that are produced by a variety of plants. They are very fragrant and responsible for the aromatic diversity of cannabis plants. This is why they are also very popular in aromatherapy. Like cannabinoids, terpenes interact with the body’s endocannabinoid system. They each have their individual properties and combined with CBD they can produce the "entourage effect". Most hemp plants contain these terpenes: myrcene, limonene, pinene, linalool, humulene and caryophyllene. In nature, terpenes protect the plant from pests and attract pollinators with their odor. Our CBD vape cartridges contain aromatic terpene profiles in many different flavors.
As of now, there are not enough evident studies on terpenes to prove their role in the entourage effect. Their complex mixtures make it difficult to analyze a specific effect on another component. However, there is one terpene that caught the attention of many scientists: limonene. Studies showed that the inhalation of limonene can lower the heart rate and since it interacts with various neurotransmitter systems in our brain, it can also affect our mood and thinking. Therefore we use this particular terpene in our products to benefit from its unique taste and possible effect on your well-being.
THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is the psychotropic component of the cannabis plant. It is the chemical that affects your mind and makes you “high” while CBD (cannabidiol) is non-psychoactive. Our HERBLIZ CBD full spectrum oils contain very low levels of THC (<0.2%) and our CBD isolates contain pure CBD without any traces of THC. All our products are 100% legal, safe and will not make you feel "high".
BODY FUNCTIONS WITH CBD
We have 3 cannabinoid receptors in our body:
CB1 receptors can be found in the central nervous system and are responsible for the transport of information about our mental state and psychological balance. CBD can target the CB1 receptor to relieve pain.
CB2 receptors are mostly found in the peripheral nervous system, especially in immune cells. CBD can cause these receptors to send signals that make us feel more relaxed.
CB3 receptors can also dock on several cannabinoids. CBD can block these receptors and therefore might also be able to block symptoms of illnesses.
The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is responsible for regulating the body’s systems to maintain homeostasis, which is the state of balance necessary for a healthy function. Scientists are still trying to fully understand the ECS, but it is known that it regulates a lot of functions and processes, such as:
The entourage effect describes the symbiotic relationship between all compounds in cannabis plants where the resulting effect is greater than the sum of the individual parts. The "entourage" of diverse plant chemicals is what can provide stronger impacts on our body than an isolated pure CBD product. We offer a variety of full spectrum CBD oils that make use of this entourage effect.
