Ingredients of our product
Peppermint Oil: Refreshing aroma. Very popular in aromatherapy and massage. Can be used in skin and hair care products for a cooling freshness kick.
Did you know? Peppermint oil is one of the most important essential oils on the market. An incredible amount of 5,000 tons of peppermint oil is produced annually worldwide for use in a diverse range of products.
Fun Fact: The ancient Roman scientist and historian Pliny reported in his own notes on peppermint that the ancient Greeks already used mint to refine wines and sauces. Even small tinctures with peppermint oil are said to have had an ancestral place on their dining tables to improve oral hygiene.
Hemp Seed Oil: Counts among the absolute "super oils"! Filled with essential nutrients, hemp seed oil is the most natural and richest source of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), known for their excellent emollient and moisturising properties.
Cannabidiol (synthetic): Potent adaptogen. Thanks to its highly antioxidant properties, it nourishes the skin down to the lowest layers, protecting it from inflamm-aging and regulating the skin's sebum production.
Avocado Oil: Contains vitamins A, E and D as well as squalane. Very moisturising - optimal for the care of dry, cracked or barrier-damaged skin and makes it wonderfully soft. The emerald green oil is rich, penetrates deeply into the skin and even has light-protective factors.
Did you know? As an additive in cosmetic products, avocado oil can help to support the effectiveness of other ingredients. This is because the oil can bind moisture better in the skin, making it more receptive to further care.
Grape Seed Oil: Contains many vitamins, including A and B vitamins as well as vitamin E. It is rich in linoleic acid and thus extremely moisturising.
Coconut Oil: A real all-rounder. Contains vitamins A, B and E as well as phosphorus, calcium, iron, manganese and magnesium, making it an easily absorbed yet light oil.
Did you know? Lazy nut? Not at all! In Southeast Asian countries such as the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, the coconut is part of people's everyday lives. Harvesting and processing coconuts has been the main source of income for many families for generations, especially in tropical countries.
Mica: A mineral that gives our products a special shimmer or glitter.
Kaolin: Also called white clay. Kaolin can pull out excess skin fat, is naturally rich in the minerals kaolinite and silica. Kaolin is less drying than other types of clays.
Sodium Bicarbonate: Also called baking soda. It has a neutralising effect and is basically versatile.
Did you know? Baking soda is a little miracle package! It can soften your bath water, boost your circulation and, in combination with citric acid, create bubbles and foam in warm water. It is also both absorbent and cleansing. Because sodium bicarbonate is so versatile, it is also used in many other care products such as deodorants and oral hygiene. It also absorbs moisture.
Citric Acid: Ensures an optimal pH value of the bath bomb (pH value of 5.5).
Sodium Chloride: Replaces the missing sodium and at the same time supplies the metabolism with chloride. Chlorides are essential in keeping the acid-base balance in the body in equilibrium.
