Ingredients of our product
Lavender Oil: Known for its pleasantly sweet aromatic scent, it provides the skin with important moisture to make the skin supple and soft.
Did you know? The name lavender comes from the Latin word "lavare", which literally means "to wash". This is because lavender was already used as a bath additive in Roman times.
Fun Fact: Every summer, the French Provence blossoms anew in its unmistakable purple colour dress, known all over the world. Year after year, a flood of tourists flocks through the countryside to fall for the scent of the vast fields full of flowering lavender. The incredibly relaxing scent that rises from the purple fields is so captivating that it almost makes you dream. We at HERBLIZ also use the fragrant plants in our bath bomb to help you relax and fall into a peaceful sleep after your restorative bathing experience. Almost incidentally, lavender brings your skin into balance in a wonderful way.
Hemp Seed Oil: Counts among the absolute "super oils"! Filled with essential nutrients, hemp seed oil is the most natural and richest source of polyunsaturated fatty acids. As the special fatty acid pattern of hemp seed oil is very similar to that of our skin, it can be absorbed very quickly and provide excellent conditioning to keep the skin soft and supple.
Cannabidiol: Thanks to its highly antioxidant properties, it protects the skin from free radicals. It is also moisturizing, conditions the skin and helps regulate the skin's sebum production.
Avocado oil: Contains many nutrients, including vitamins A, E and D. The emerald green oil is very moisturizing and makes dry skin wonderfully soft.
Did you know? Even the Aztecs cultivated avocados as a useful plant and still today many avocados come from Mexico. Over 2 million tons are harvested there every year. More than 400 cultivars are grown in plantations, especially in South America. The fruits are generally harvested whilst still hard. It is the natural ripening of the berry fruit. The avocado tree sheds the fruit and it ripens under the tree until it gets its typical soft consistency.
Grape seed oil: due to its high linoleic acid content (higher than most other carrier oils), the oil is very moisturizing and is well suited for skin care.
Coconut Oil: A real all-rounder. Contains vitamins A, B and E as well as phosphorus, calcium, iron, manganese and magnesium, making it an easily absorbed yet light oil.
Did you know? Lazy nut? Not at all! In Southeast Asian countries such as the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, the coconut is part of people's everyday lives. Harvesting and processing coconuts has been the main source of income for many families for generations, especially in tropical countries.
Mica: A mineral that gives our products a special shimmer or glitter.
Kaolin: Also called white clay. Kaolin can pull out excess skin fat, is naturally rich in the minerals kaolinite and silica. Kaolin is less drying than other types of clays.
Sodium Bicarbonate: Also called baking soda. It has a neutralising effect and is basically versatile.
Did you know? Baking soda is a little miracle package! It can soften your bath water and, in combination with citric acid, create bubbles and foam in warm water. It is also both absorbent and cleansing. Because sodium bicarbonate is so versatile, it is also used in many other care products such as deodorants and oral hygiene. It also absorbs moisture.
Citric Acid: Ensures an optimal pH value of the bath bomb (pH value of 5.5).
Sodium Chloride: Replaces the missing sodium and improves the scent of a product.
